aha! I totally missed that he’s wearing a headset on my first read! (Thought he’d leaned over the couch to see Desmond sitting there)
Yeah, I was worried about that reading, Gavin. The first headset I drew on Jerry was a Burger King Drive Thru headset, but it really conflicted with the style of the character. I took a chance with this more standard looking headset, but maybe in the future I will detail it up a bit more to make it pop.
BTW, I like what you have going on with your new comic. It is cool seeing the evolution of your style and characters.
I think it’s really that he doesn’t have hands. Just hard to wrap the logic of his actions to my own perception. But It’s funny either way? So who cares if i didn’t get it
